Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pion77 and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create a pion77 account. One account per person; identity verification is mandatory.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via local banks and e-wallets. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000; withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.
All bonus offers are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements. No bonus may be withdrawn without meeting the applicable turnover condition in full.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pion77 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
Fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Important: Underage gambling is illegal. If we determine that a User is below 21 years of age, all winnings will be forfeited and the Account will be immediately and permanently closed.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, bankruptcy proceeding, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of pion77, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and permanent ban from the Platform, with forfeiture of any funds held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you. pion77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pion77 support immediately via Live Chat or the contact email below.
pion77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in conduct that pion77 reasonably deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
pion77 is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete a KYC identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be requested at any time if pion77 has reasonable grounds to verify a User's identity, age, or source of funds.

KYC documents submitted to pion77's verification team are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. During the verification period, withdrawals from the affected Account may be placed on hold. Once verification is successfully completed, all pending withdrawals will be processed promptly.
If a User fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the first withdrawal request, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the registered account details, pion77 reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold any funds pending further investigation.
pion77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally supported channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before a withdrawal may be processed, the User must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and ensured that the withdrawal destination account is registered in the same name as the pion77 Account. pion77 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
pion77 does not charge any internal processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of pion77's operations. pion77 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
In the event that a deposit is not credited to your Account within 30 minutes of the transaction confirmation, or a withdrawal is not received within two hours of approval, you must contact pion77 support immediately via Live Chat and provide your transaction reference number. pion77 will investigate and resolve all payment discrepancies within 24 hours.
pion77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion and to the general provisions set out in this clause.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotional page. Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds in the order in which they are applied, with Real Money Funds used first unless stated otherwise.
pion77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to complete wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, and permanent exclusion from all future promotional offers.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins will expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and User account tier. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placing a wager. pion77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
pion77 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or market suspension that was not identified at the time of placement. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to the User's Account Balance.
If a User disputes the outcome or settlement of a wager, they must raise the dispute with pion77 support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. pion77's settlement decisions, made in accordance with the applicable game or market rules, are final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to the relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pion77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if pion77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any circumstances where pion77 is found liable to a User, pion77's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to a maximum of Rp 50.000.000.
pion77 hosts games and content provided by third-party studios. While we apply due diligence in selecting our content partners, pion77 accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies arising from third-party game software. Claims relating to specific game outcomes should be directed to pion77 support, which will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf.
pion77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pion77 will provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any Real Money Funds held therein.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of pion77's international licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact pion77's customer support team in the first instance. pion77 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and transparently within 5 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
